WHAT IS THE INSPECTION PROCESS?
1REQUEST AN INSPECTIONYou identify the vehicle to be inspected and complete your order online with a few easy steps.
2INSPECTOR IS ASSIGNEDTo conduct the inspection, our ASE certified technician will schedule a time with the vehicle's seller. When the inspection is scheduled, you will be notified through email.
3RECEIVE YOUR REPORTYou will receive an email notification as soon as your inspection is finished and reviewed, along with a link allowing you to see your inspection report.

You should use the inspection results to make an educated purchasing decision. Some of our customers purchase cars sight unseen while others use the report to decide whether to travel to and inspect the vehicle themselves.Payment will be processed when you book your inspection. If you wish to cancel please contact us at info@carchek.net Please refer to our cancelation policy for details.Yes as long as the seller allows a proper road test, the vehicle is roadworthy and the vehicle has current tags or dealer plates.We value the time and commitment of our employees and technicians so we must enforce a strict policy. Should you decide to cancel a request before the inspection is scheduled, you will receive a 50% refund of the inspection cost. Once scheduled by a CARCHEK Technician, we cannot offer a refund as we have commissioned a tech to perform the inspection. We strongly urge our clients to be sure they want an inspection before they commit.The used automobile examination is not warranted because the car is fully assembled for the inspection and the inspector is unable to see the engine or transmission or other interior parts of the car. Impending failures that are not visible at the time of the examination are a possibility. In other words, we won't know if it is failing if it is not failing at the time of the inspection. Any inspection of a used car is therefore not guaranteed. Before making a purchase, Carchek always advises seeing the car to make sure it lives up to your expectations.Yes. Even reputable dealerships make every effort to keep repair prices as low as possible for every vehicle sometimes ignoring known issues. It's true that having your car inspected before you buy can be quite advantageous for you in many ways.
